Hi there, I had an accident (I was put at fault) on 30/12/12. I have to pay £500 excess to get it fixed. It has now been in the garage 8 weeks. The advice I need is : the car I have is a lease contract hire (2year contract) can I claim back the £185 per month payment from my car insurance (admiral) with me not having the car? Thanks xx
