Must do better ... must try to post here on a regular basis!!! !I think it encourages me to plan more, do more, and save more!! :A
Earlier today I:
-Made shortbread from store ingredients
-Made 'black magic cake' from store ingredients, and to start using up some buttermilk which is getting close to its use-by date
-Re-organised food dry goods store
-Gave bathroom a good scrubbing & hoovered downstairs, wiped down kitchen surfaces...
- All meals from fridge/larder stores
-Had an NSD!
Later today I will:
- Read online newspaper for free
- Write out this week's meal plan &!within-budget shopping list
- Do a couple loads of washing & hang on the airer
- Sterilise jars & make new batch of yoghurt
- Set up breadmaker on the overnight timer
- Decide how to use up whole 4 egg yolks in fridge, leftover from yesterday - currently covered in water per MSE forum advice, to stop skins from forming! Don't really fancy mayo or custard. Usually make my own ice cream, but no double cream in the fridge at the moment. Might buy some tomorrow!
Hope you all have had/are having a great day!0 -
Hi all,
NTBY - sounded absolutely, despite your third party dinner guest!
Karb - hope you find some happiness! And if it doesn't turn into anything at least it might help you to encourage the idea of moving on.
This is me:
- Checked bank, no change
- Got wageslip, it was wrong so got corrected
- Put away clean washing
- Do 1x load, using less powder than recommended
- Sold a service plan (£20 commission)
- B/L/D from stores
- NSD
- Remind OH to talk to his mum about her selling us her house!!!
- Mum looked after DD today, saving £45 on holiday club
- Emailed nursery for copy invoice, didn't recieve one for this month. I've asked them not to give them to ex as he loses them and I'm the one paying them!!!
- Night in tonight chilling and watching TV
