Cheer up! September is only a few months off. However, in the meantime you'll be seeing exactly where your money is going by writing it down and you may just find that actually you don't need to spend to get the buzz! Your friend may well be heading for big debts in the future. Stick around this site and you'll soon have loads of inspiration and ideas for saving rather than spending!Resolution:
Think twice before spending anything!0 -
I can understand how you feel, but as the others have said, until September is such a short time! I have a very similar amount of debt, (once my May repayments have been added to my sig) but won't be completely debt free until March next year. Wish my DFD was September, am starting to think I should look more closely at my budgeting to try to improve on this! Can I ask what your £150 spends a month includes, maybe this is what I should be doing! :rotfl:0

Hi Lynda and welcome. I agree with Snaggles here. I used to be so obsessed with shopping but now I'm obsessed with paying everything off. The challenges here are a fabulous incentive.
Me too. Never want to feel theway Idid last year. I know spend in Tesco, e-bay or next clearance and what is nice people still comment how lovely I look. No more £100.00 in one day in one shop.:A Tomorrow's just another day - keep smiling0
