I dont think you are entitled to benefits as a full time student living at home. Check https://www.entitledto.co.uk and ask on the benefits board for guidance on this.
Where do you live? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
You're not entitled to any benefits living at home if your a full-time student unless you are disabled. Or if you are still in further education - possibly EMA depending on your parent's incomeNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130

i am in college doing further education. i live in skelmersdale near liverpool. (UK)
both parents are unemployed due to both got redundant unfortunitly at the same time
and there income was over the ema's requirements.
so i thought i would be able to get ema and i STILL cannot because it works from last years income not this years.
i will try to get help of my parents

when you say they have threaten bailiffs do you mean you have received a court summons and ignored it?
a bailiff can only call as a result of an enforcement order made by the court. if there have been no courts actions then they are simply trying to frighten you.
with no income why do you have a car? can you sell it and then you wouldn't need any insurance.0 -
i did have a car until 4 months ago, until i had a car accident. and lost the car then i had to cancel my insurance.
i hvae had court letters and i did ignore them due to me thinking i had a job. but i didnt so i phoned them up.0
