Hi
I am designing a website to do with properties, and I would like to have a mortgage calculation on the site, to do this I need the right calculation formula for it.
The type of calculation I need is the same as http://www.findaproperty.com in there mortgage centre page http://www.findaproperty.com/mortgagehome.aspx which are:
How much can I borrow?
What will my monthly costs be?
What will happen if mortgage interest rates rise or fall?
How much will I pay in stamp duty when I buy a property?
How much can I borrow on a buy to let mortgage?
How much rent do I need to charge to finance a buy to let mortgage?
Would someone help me with that if you know any sites that have it or you could provide it to me I will be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
