ING is the lender0

Is half term week for schools. So maybe slight delay in actioning. Will also depend on amount being referred which will increase queue.
ING appear to be scaling back UK operations as a bank. So possibly not in a hurry to advance funds either. As may have scaled back targets.0 -
Unfortunately ING are not known for speed. They are also selective, fingers crossed you get some speedy resolution...I am a Mortgage Broker

Shame. I did a lot of research before choosing them. They came top of a which and money week survey for speed / customer service ect and my broker recommended them. Starting to hunk I was a mistake. Supposing we get refused who would you recommend for speed and non pickyness? Thanks0

Also ing dropped there 5 yer fix to be the lowest out there this week. If they didn't want he business why drop there rates?0

They will not refuse for the sake of it and competitive products so not a disaster.
Do not know anywhere near enough to make any sort of recommendation I am afraid, although stick with this and just keep some pressure on your broker.
Surprised it would take this long still...I am a Mortgage Broker

Barely been 5 working days. Give them a chance to process your application.0 -
ING is being taken over by Barclays, as we speak.
Chances are, the staff aren't particularly well-motivated and are feeling some uncertainty.I am a mortgage broker.
