Just read one of the free local papers and Birmingham City Council are selling a 330ltr Compost Bin with FREE Kitchen Caddy for only £10.00, plus free delivery. See here for further details.

I've just ordered one, together with a Base Plate for £6.00 and can't wait for it to arrive,:j although the website does say to allow 28 days for delivery.
