I was amazed to find that because i was a few days late in paying my empire stores bill, that they charged me £15, when i :money: telephoned to enquire about the charge, i was told that this has been inforce for 3 years, i eventually got the £15 knocked of my bill, but what a cheek.
It turns out that all catalouges use these same charges for late payments!
Is this Lawful? it seems that everyone is jumping on the band wagon to charge people for late payments.
