Hi
I understand you can ask for help with fees depending on circumstances using for EX160
Is this correct and are the chances good?
Any help would be great, find it hard to live nevermind pay fees to do it

You can ask for fees exemption but when you are on a low income or benefits. The exemption is only for the court fee of £175 you still have to pay the £525 deposit0

So is there no other way around it I have kindly asked my creditors to apply on my behalf but obviously they wont lol0

You can try approaching your utility company as some of them have a fund you can apply to.
Alternativley if you have not already done so, stop paying your creditors and save this money towards the bankruptcy fee.
Is there a family member you can ask to help with the fee?0 -
