Hi
No, she doesn't intend to stay at the company. She plans to apply for jobs elsewhere. Would it help that she used to be FT at her current employer before Uni?
Thanks for all your helpOxfordmark

No,
but as soon as she gets a job offer, lenders may accept that and use that income.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. What if her employer writes a letter confirming that she works for them x amount of hours per week?
Not exactly a contract but proof that she is required to work.Oxfordmark

why not just wait XX Months until she finishes uni??
That is a massive amount of borrowing compared to income, Technically managable if you dont enjoy going out or buying clothes
Good luck though but id sit on the 30k for a while longer0 -
