Hi, wonder if anyone can help with a little query?

I have just uploaded an animated avatar (first time have had one), but it is static rather than moving. I'm not very technical - please can anyone tell me what I may have done wrong?

Where do you download your avatars from? Perhaps something went wrong with my download? :undecided:huh:

you can have animated ones, but they have to be very simple and within the maximum file size

Mine moves, they just have be under a certain file size.

Thanks for your replies, will try smaller file size - hadn't realized it had to be under a certain spec.
