Best loan company for 'not so good' credit people?

Would really appreciate it if someone could suggest a fairly well know, reputable loan company who will accept poor credit history! Around £1000 payable back over 1 year is what I'm looking for! Thanks very much!

There aren't any reputable lenders who offer loans for people with poor credit.

What exactly is on your credit file ?

    Any CCJ's, missed payments ?
You on the electoral roll ?

Heres a few threads on the same subject as yours

A ccj that was paid off a year ago and not in the electoral register (applied to get on it online last week) out of interest, how big an impact does the electoral register thing have I a credit report?

Ok so if not well know, the best of a bad bunch?? Ahhh just seen links, well check them, thanks!

Having a CCJ & not on electoral roll is not good news at all....it can take up to 8 to 12 weeks for Credit Reference Agencies to show you on electoral roll....but CCJ will have a very serious impact for another 5 years.

Maybe try your own bank ?

Maybe look at the local credit union ?

Best of a bad lunch is hard as i don't know any reputable lender.

Maybe look at what your spending your money on, look at dfw board for help.
