I know what you mean. I am not expecting to get my contract renewed when the 6 months is up, already looking for something else. I think LF need to invest some time in the international raters. Everything is focused so much on the US raters, they get bonuses, prizes etc etc. None of that bothers me that much, I just want feedback for reviews so I can improve my work.

I got two bad results in consecutive months; unacceptable and substandard. Try not to worry about it, it doesn't mean they will let you go. From what I've read I think your perfect score will even things out.

I got average and substandard after getting above average and average last month. Not done anything different I don't think apart from only having time to do around 10 hours this month (work, exams etc) compared to nearly 40 hours last month . Wonder if I'll be capped this month?

Well I've had a reply re feedback, all they've said is they will send me some if there was any major problems with my work. Not very helpful at all.

And I am still capped. 2 hours work today and nothing since.

I also got average and substandard, my first month as well. I always did well with LB too, so not sure how they assess, being as they don't give any specific feedback. I seem to have been getting two hours a day, but only got one today - however I've just looked and there's work there but can't do it tonight as I've been out and not very clear headed

Hi everyone, I've just signed up for LeapForce... this thread is so long and it seems to be mostly stuff about scores etc. Just wondered if anyone had any tips for me? My exam is going to be sent tomorrow.

My only advice would be to read the guidelines thoroughly, make notes, and take your time.

Same. Start as soon as you get the guide, as use all the time you're given. Everything you need to know is in there.
