I could be completely wrong, but I think the work is the same as LB, so problems with NRT may be the same.

6 months initially but from what I have read they do extend this if you are doing the job well, unlike LB.

When I first started they used to review monthly, but this stopped half way through the contract.

Today is a public holiday in the US. I think that's the reason for NRT.
