Can I ask a quicky of those who have been with LP longer than me, do they take into account the amount of work around and your restricted status when looking at the 200 items per month minimum?

Its just with low work rates and a restriction for most of the month my Feb numbers are rubbish.

Now unrestricted as latest BU review alot better, so don't want to be fired off because of a rotten month.

Yes they do. Given the amount of NRT around I doubt they'd get rid of anyone for the number of tasks.

Had almost constant NRT since I started last week. Thought today may bring some work! Is this normal or just a dry patch? Really struggling to see the point of all the exams and training if no work available.

Did 11 hours last week, about 13 the week before, and 18 the week before that, so definitely got a bit sluggish recently. There's been some fairly big changes going on that may have caused less work to be available. On the plus side, there was a gigantic drop on Saturday evening, which may bode well for the month.

    hello
i had my feb invoice returned because i had a productivity rate of 91%. Has anyone else experienced this? Some tasks i have taken longer than the average expected time and for others have been below. They have said i might be sacked if i submit consecutive invoices below 100%. The question is, how do you know overall whether you are up or down? should i be timing myself for each individual task? appreciate anyone who can offer some guidance here as i am sure i read somewhere that they place more emphasis on quality rather than quantity

Your productivity must be at 100% or over. It is okay to be a bit faster on some and a bit slower on others as long as overall you are not invoicing for more time than the total AET for the tasks completed.

Yes you need to be timing yourself for each task but there are tools to help. Download Rateraide ASAP. http://www.rateraide.com/

Also a good idea to visit chat as it's the best place to ask questions like this.
