    Yes definately ignored, have tried a few times to chat.But just gave up trying before my fingers typed what I was actually thinking lol

    Help! My rater aid log has gone blank, lost all data from it. Also it won't record this mornings work. Any idea how to fix?

    Are you using Firefox 24? If not try updating to that and see if it helps.

    So I received the WU payment confirmation email yesterday afternoon and I've been waiting to see the funds in my account. No sign so far and my bank can't tell me if there's something ready to go in. I called WU and they said that as I wasn't the client they couldn't tell me anything at all. They recommended that I contact LF, which I'm concerned about for two reasons:

    1) LF are tricky people to contact at the best of times
    and 2) In the one review I've had so far, I got a rating of UA, and haven't had any work since.

    Now, as my invoice was approved and I've had a payment confirmation email I should think the money is being paid regardless of the poor rating. Has anyone had a similar problem? One other thing is that it says in My Invoices that the payment is "Approved"; it hasn't changed to "Paid" yet, I don't know if that's significant.
    Just give me all the bacon and eggs you have. Wait, wait. I'm worried what you just heard was, "Give me a lot of bacon and eggs." What I said was, "Give me all the bacon and eggs you have". Do you understand?

    Don't panic - you'll get another email headed 'Order Released' with a sterling amount and estimated date when it'll arrive in your account.

    I haven't had mine yet - it's generally a couple of days after the 'Order Committed' email so I'm not panicking.
