If you cannot get to the jobcentre to sign on because of snow or flooding what do you do?

    Phone them and see what they say? Get evidence together to support the fact that you can't get in?

    I think it would have to be really bad to be accepted as a reasonable excuse.

    The same thing people with jobs do - phone up and tell them you're unable to make it in today if that is genuinely the case.
