OH & I don't eat red meat. Until recently we could buy chicken sausages from MR T but they have discontinued them. I have checked local butchers but they don't think there will be much demand. (Probably why MR T has stopped.)
Any suggestions please?
We are actually looking at a kit but I am worried that we would have to buy masses of skins.

The only ones that I buy are Asda halal ones. Delicious!!!Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...

My daughter nagged her butcher until he started making them specially for her - and then they caught on. This is in a wealthy SE area, but it's a case of the customer insisting on getting what they ask for at the end of the day.Solar Suntellite 250 x16 4kW Afore 3600TL dual 2KW E 2KW W no shade, DN15 March 14

I've never seen Chicken Sausages - but I often buy Turkey ones - delicious and low in fat
. Asda do them with Sweet Chilli added.
I often do a Chilli Casserole meal with them .0 -

My uncle used to get my nan some ready meals from morrisons I think which had sausages made of chicken (I was curious as to the ingredients as I was very hungry that day and had some myself).
Yummy. Not a fan of ready meals myself though.0 -
