in Cutting tax
Hi hope someone can help
I am due to file my accounts and was just wondering what the filing requirements were.
I know that I just file a partnership tax return with the inland revenue as normal but do i need to send accounts into companies house or any other bodies?
Thanks in advance

My knowledge on this area is rather limited (forgive the pun!) but I believe that Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) are required to produce and submit accounts to Companies House in the same way as limited companies.
I would suggest that to start, you have a look at this link from the Companies House website:http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/about/gbhtml/gbllp1.shtml#seven
Hope this helps.
