Philip Blackwood, the owner, will sort it for you. Both Phillip and Raymond, who will fit the aerial, are top guys.

Blackwood did a job at my sisters on the Cairnshill and she thought they were very good.

    Morning everyone :)

Looking to get an aerial installed in a new house. I'm in Ballymena area so any recommendations? BT would do it when they put in my TV package but are looking £120! Can I expect to pay same for an external person to do it?

Please don't tell me to do it myself, hubby and I don't do heights ;)

Thanks in advance for any replies

£120 doesn't seem too far away in price for a quality rustproof aerial fitted together with NEW cabling which is important (some erectors just fit the new aerial and leave the old 'iffy' brown cable in situ)

depends how high the roof is and length of cable required

I guess that £100 +vat is about an average fair price for a professional job

Any suggestions for someone in the Downpatrick/Crossgar area? I need someone to check out the signal strength/quality etc - getting fed up of pixalation/distortion. The aerial itself should be fine, though might need a slight realignment. Will need a new cable put in to one of the TVs as well.
