What a big difference it has made to my life.
I'm not out of the woods yet but so so much better than it was in some ways.
I face different challanges now.
A massive massive thank you to Martin & the team.
Just remember that there is no debt problem that cant be solved.

    Happy 7th anniversary, Beanie - 3 years longer than my membership. Yes, MSE has certainly changed my life too, the knowledge I have picked up from these forums makes it easier to manage being in debt. The end of the road is creeping nearer and nearer, but I will always be a MSE-er!

    And 2 years longer than me! I'm close to being debt free (May this year - bring it on!!!). I'm looking forward to it and being £600 a month better off and able to start saving for all the things I'd normally put on credit. I'll be an MSE'er too for a long time. It's been a long 5 year slog but nearly there now.
    Debt 30k in 2008.:eek::o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free :)
    Mortgage free since 2014 :)

    Oooooooooh hello Beanie. I see you popping up here and there and now you have somewhere to live on mse. I should really start a diary, not that I'm in debt, however it might be a nice place for some light relief, you know, somewhere to let off steam and have a bit of a laugh, and not talk about debt.

    Goodness me look how much weight you've lost! Go Beanie. Do you still do the slimming world diet?

    You can join my belly dancing troupe if you like - we hang out mostly on New Leaf's thread, very good for strengthening your core muscles. New Leaf calls it undulating and she feels that the bigger the belly the better experience:rotfl::rotfl:

    Well it's been lovely to meet you at last and will keep popping in and generally lowering the tone:D

    I still go to SW & help with the shop to help me to keep on track :rotfl:
    A lot of people I know do belly dancing but I cant imagine being very good at it :rotfl:

    Oh I'm completely carp at it, can't gyrate my hips to save my life however that only adds to the comedic value - I mean come on - the leader of a belly dancing troupe with a torso that is completely immobile - I tend to shimmy my shoulders and wave my arms round a lot to compensate:rotfl:
