    Definitely a win in my book! I've heard good things about that diet- good luck!

    DOH is not keen on cycling, it's a long journey if not done in a car- unless it's no longer frowned upon to cycle up the motorway! We can car share for the time being, as long as he can secure a lift home on Fridays. I'll just have to spend more time sat in the carpark reading

    hiya! yes the PAD thread was a saviour for me! kept me focused on clearing my debt which is now a thing of the past im pleased to say! not going down that road again!
