Please can anyone advise, I qualified for a DRO back in 2009, I was recently asked on a questionaire have i ever been or declared as bankrupt !
The qustion is a DRO although passed by insolvency, is this classed as bankrupt and does this have to be submitted "If asked"

I'm not a 100% sure tbh. I would post this on the IVA & DRO Board too. You may get an answer on here but you will get more help and support there.
