Hi there
I applied for the 30 day trial on experian, went on their website and looked at my credit report. Later on I was shopping and my transaction wouldn't go through when I knew I specificly had enough money on my card to purchase the item. I viewed my account online and noticed experian had taken £5.95, something which at no point had I authorised!!!
So I went back on credit expert and went through exactly what I did before and again there was NO WHERE that said I was purchasing something, although I noticed that on the first page it said that you had to pay £5.95 to see your national score  which is what I had done.
I have rung them and pointed out to them at no point when I looked at the score did it say I would be charged for this, I explained that in theory by the fact I hadn't been asked to verify I wanted to pay for the item (which had I known I wouldn't of done) I hadn't authorised the payment!! The cocky mare on the other end of the line told me 'well you pressed continue.......'
I'm so angry as I explained to them there was just enough money on my card to buy my son's birthday present which as a result I haven't been able to do
Where do I go from here? I've cancelled my 30 days with them but I want my money back as at no point does it clearly state you will pay for your full report. Who do I go to as experian were useless.
Any help greatly appreciated
Ann-Marie

To be honest, I use credit expert and and in my eyes it does state quite clearly that you will be charged.
There is a tickbox to request the credit score and then it says the following
Please add my National Credit Score to my Experian credit report for £5.95*.
Sorry if this isn't what you wanted to hear ...

Hi Ann-Marie!
I have just read your thread posted last year. I have just had the same happening to me when I accessed my credit file and was also charged for supposedely ordering the national credit score for £5.95, which I didn't authorise and I had no idea that I ordered this. I have now sent a complaint to Credit Expert. I would be interested in hearing if you managed to get your £5.95 back. Like you did, I am absolutely fuming over this and I feel that I have been misled.
