hmm - but that book was copyrighted in 2002, and you can read the first few lines here:

I'm going to go for Ariel Sharon Biography by Norman H. Finkelstein although I can't find any reference to him being a shipping clerk but he seems to have neem the only person at the Downing Street reception

I think its def E D Morel cos i'm fairly certain the reception was held to highlight the situation in Africa although i cant find anyone who has written a biography about him
