Moorcroft Debt Recovery

Hi everyone, am hoping someone may be able to help. I had a debt with BT and it was passed to Moorcroft with whom I set up a payment plan and it finished last month. However, I forgot to cancel the standing order and I believe I overpaid by £40.00. I have tried numerous times to email Moorcroft to no avail and I have tried many numbers for them and the number just gets cut off. Have Moorcroft gone bust? Does anyone have a number for them?

I realise that £40.00 isn't a disaster, but its mine and I'd like it back!

Thanks in advance:money:

    They have not gone bust.

I would try writing to them (royal mail) detailing your error and overpayment and asking them to refund the overpaid amount.
