Moorcroft Debt Recovery

Hi everyone, am hoping someone may be able to help. I had a debt with BT and it was passed to Moorcroft with whom I set up a payment plan and it finished last month. However, I forgot to cancel the standing order and I believe I overpaid by £40.00. I have tried numerous times to email Moorcroft to no avail and I have tried many numbers for them and the number just gets cut off. Have Moorcroft gone bust? Does anyone have a number for them?
I realise that £40.00 isn't a disaster, but its mine and I'd like it back!

They have not gone bust.
I would try writing to them (royal mail) detailing your error and overpayment and asking them to refund the overpaid amount.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hey maybe you can sell the debt on and get them chased see how they like it, charge interest and admin fees too. lol0
