Let property after discharge

Hi, we went Bankrupt Jan 2011. At that time we were living in a rented house and had 2 properties that we let out, one of which was empty.
Empty house was repossessed and sold, shortfall taken into the bankruptcy.
Other house had beneficial interest taken over by OR. Mortgage company took charge, give it to a management company to look after. This house has always had the same tenant.
OR has offered us beneficial interest back for £1500 which we cannot afford.
Mortgage company have collected rent all this time and anything left over after paying management co. has gone towards the mortgage. (not much there though.
What I do not understand is how this could show on our credit report? Don't mind too much at minute as it is up to date but if house had a void that would then put mortgage in arrears and this would show up on our credit reports which is really unfair as we have nothing to do with it.
Has anyone else had this experience?
