If in a certain part of London there are no estate agents and no brokers, why do you think that is?

JUst another thing, if you are goig to do this and need capital apply for a grant from your local busiensslink partnership - they get all their funding in April each year but it tends to be gone before christmas! I applied for one beginning of April this year - they are not means tested exactly so don't feel you cannot apply for one

So you are saying I should apply ASAP? Otherwise I could miss out?

I think you shoudl certainly go and take advice from them on a number of aspects, they are unbelieveably useful, you have a tap of free marketing advice, contacts with reputable professionals, grant funding, assistance with premises, employment law etc. I think if you are going to do this properly and launch in November, get well into the planning stages now, do your market research, design website if your having one etc etc. I think the earlier in the planning process you include businesslink the better - they helped me enormously

All loans that work on a fiscal year tend to run out of funds at some point throughout that year - the earlier in the fiscal year that you apply the better the chances of getting funding are.
