Hoping someone can advise - My cousin has recieved a letter today requesting an expenditure break down and repayments on her mortgage - however she left her husband in 2006 (he was also on the mortgage) he had the house in their divorce - he handed it back to the bank last year. However, my cousin went bankrupt 2010 and this was included in the bankrupcy.
Cousin has had nothing to do with the house since 2006 (when she left her husband)
Does anyone have a template letter we can send to the debt collector
Thanks!
