I really cannot fathom the reason behind it saying that it couldn't complete the payment for my transaction - it's driving me up the wall! I had some with Mr Melon Man which are showing as 'awaiting dispatch' in order history and I've had a confirmation email for them. However, the the remaining orders ended with an error message telling me to check my bank funds. How rude! They are showing as 'rejected' in my order history.

I've never seen Rejected before :eek: Did you have a problem with the first order or on another order? I've had payment failed previoulsy when I tried to use a card 3 times so I used a different card. This was last year though, never had a problem today.

Wonder why they are saying rejected though? Have you had an email from them?

I got this too and thought I had missed pressing the button to pay so just had to go check bank account to see just how much money is coming out but it's correct.

Just tried to a BS order, put 2 hemp balms in and 2 reed diffusers, got to payment page and then watermelon man came up saying order rejected!!! funny how others are getting it working, my friend has just placed 4 orders and all hers have gone through

Hiya spiralling, yes same happened to me it was the lip balm :rotfl::rotfl: so only paid delivery as far as I remember :T

I've never 'glitched' before but a friend sent the BS linky......I have now, in theory, got 6 lip balms, 2 foundations, 2 lipsticks and 2 loose powders on order for the bargain price of £14.97!!! Bargain!! Watermelon man was the added bonus.......

Is he saying rejected I have had him everytime and they are in my orders awaiting despatch

The last 2 orders I did came up with rejected. Tried again with a different card, and again with another account and different card and got the same:eek:. I think they may be on to us:eek:.
Has anyone had rejected orders arrive in the past?
