How will I get my voucher when I am entitled to one?
If you bought your shopping online we'll issue you with an e-voucher you can redeem off the cost of your next online shop. Please be aware once you claim your e-voucher, this can then take up to 7 days to credit your ASDA.com account. If you bought your shopping in store, we'll issue you with a voucher you can redeem against the cost of your next shop at the checkouts.
In store vouchers can be redeemed at any Asda store, as long as you present your voucher along with your original receipt.
I shopped on-line and received an e-voucher, can I change it for a voucher I can use in store?
No, the voucher can only be used for the same method as the original shop.0 -
I feel sad that Tinyshoes didn't get her Boots order:o and everyone else seems to be getting theirs. My dispatch order has just come through for collection on Wednesday- same as Smartie I think.
Just pleased she got her wine and hope that makes up for it:oTo do is to be. Rousseau
