I went to see my mum today, she's 98 but this was the first time she called me by the wrong name! She's really confused after a couple of falls on Fri. night but it was a real shock. She's in a wonderful nursing home. They're going to get the doc to check her out tomorrow. I've come home to a gloriously warm house tho' & am currently catching up on the thread. We had our central heating replaced last week as it all went wrong & we haven't had any since Oct. It's absolute bliss being able to wander around in the warm rather than huddling in one room.
Hope your mum is ok. What a great age :A

Lol, lovely nearly free roast beef dinner courtesy of mrT for us. Also homemade pear and apple crumble. Great minds x
Same here cheapo Sunday slow roast beef - Mucked around with it threw a few garlic pieces in there as well as spreading some english mustard over the roast prior to cooking. Worked out pretty nicely too. Some roast potatoes and various veg.
Forest berries fruit mixed with yoghurt for out desert. Very nice too. Now enjoying a bottle of chardony (sp ?) with the other half.:beer:0 -

Evening all, I haven't caught up on all the discussions, but have we explored any of the easter egg offers starting tomorrow?
Apparently tosco are doing buy 2 get 2 free, so 4 eggs for £3. These appear to be £1 each in sada-can we make it glitch at all?0 -
For anyone who applied for the free copy of Marie Claire.
Had a call from them about 7ish expecting a hard sell into a subscription but no. They just asked me to confirm my address and said. Copy would be posted out in the next couple of weeks.

Just seen this on the RAC website
"This offer is not available to new customers who purchase RAC Breakdown or RAC Car Insurance cover via price comparison or cash back websites. "
Thanks for this gocat. I can't see this on t&cs when I click through to rac from quidco though, only that its new customers only.....:think:confused.com. It would be a great offer if both promotions applied xCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
