    Morning TM,
I toally agree with this part, they are always there through highs and lows :T:T
I have said this before..... But I feel richer for being part of this group and its not just in monetary terms. The Elite are such a great bunch of people

Well said. We have all had our problems, some more than most, and we turn to people on here talk it through, everyone on here has helped everyone else on here at some time.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

    So fresh meat not frozen.

So how do they work out the ammount you've been over charged?

I've never roasted a leg of lamb before

The whole legs worked yesterday too.;)

I had to help them work out the DTD.

    It's not difficult;

Take the weight printed on the joint and multiply it by 6. That's the price you should have paid (if it's SEL £6). Just subtract this number from the price you actually paid then multiply x2 for the DTD.

    Price paid = 2.459kg x £10.99 = £27.02

    SEL price = 2.459kg x £6 = £14.75

    £27.02 - £14.75 = £12.27 x 2 = £24.54 DTD = cost £2.48

    saved this
    TescoPack price 10.99 x 1.349 = 14.83
    Price should be from SEL 8.00 x 1.349 = 10.79
    Difference 14.83 - 10.79 = 4.04
So Double the Difference is 2 x 4.04, ie 8.08
Meaning pay 14.83, but get DTD 8.08 refund so cost is 6.75

Hope photos are ok - haven't posted pics for a while.
Had success with the beef yesterday :) x 2 :):)
Here are photo's of lamb and beef I've had DTD on.
Lamb SEL was £6.00 and label on lamb £10.99 - so got whole leg of lamb for a couple of quid after dtd.
Beef SEL was £5.00 and label on beef £8.00 - CS guy did not know how to calculate dtd and gave me beef and full refund :)

Thanks for the heads up MKS - 2 legs of lamb and 2 slow roast beef for round a fiver!

It's the first bit of the BC that you need to pay attention to. The last 5 digits tell you the price (and a random last digit) so will vary depending on the weight you buy.;)
