Evening Elite :j Had a painful day today  Neck seemed more painful than normal last night but by the time I got to bed, I realised the pain was from a pulled muscle near the top of my shoulder blade, so very little sleep last night, despite heating up my wheatie and taking extra painkillers. Called at docs for prescription and wwas advised to go to minor injuries clinic in town for advice - turns out I should of put ice on it, not heat
So after applying ice pack this afternoon/tonight, it is a little better and I am hoping to get some sleep tonight
This date last year, I travelled back from Mam's by train bringing new little puppy Molly with me, having just got her ...... and also, on this date, Alan was having his op to remove infection following appendectomy ........ or so we thought. It was not until 23rd that doc told him/me that they had removed most of his bowel due to advanced cancer. What a difference a year makes
Off to bed now, after taking some more painkillers - so wishing the night shift a good night - sleep well allAwaiting a new sig0 -

Have any of you folks worked out a clever numbering/labelling/filing system for this Quidco/tcb lark because it can get very confusing. I started off Quid1 Quid2 etc . I get myself into a right tangle esp when receipts are also needed for TCB and apg.never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0
