Now TK just won't tempt me;)If theirs one thing I don't need its TK, I sort off overestimated how much we use on the last glitch:o:o:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Apologies if someone's already said this, but maybe we could have an Elite 'Bat Signal' (absolutely not saying you're a bat Tinyshoes) maybe a huge shoe or a onesie? PetuliaGristle EIT Stage 1 (Elite in training) (goes back a few pages to continue catching up)

    (((Tinyshoes)))

    Hiya Elite.

I am still trying to get the hang of Quidco. I have had 2 out of 4 receipts confirmed. How do I know the amounts they have confirmed, it says there is a drop down to show it but I cant find it. If anyone can help, I will be very grateful. :D

I have this as well and if you click on the little line on right hand side where you expect the amount to be it says they are waiting as information is pending. hth :)
Smile :) and hopefully the world will smile back

Doh! Just looked at the Bavaria vouchers, and it states....

Only one voucher per product per transaction is valid.
Bulk vouchers will not be accepted.

Oh well, looks like this one might not be a goer.

Also, the £1 Bavaria voucher scanned fine but the £1.50 one came up with an error for me and had to be entered manually by the assistant. So if you were thinking of testing anything I'd aim for the £1 vouchers....

Hiya gang - I'm home :j :j I have been popping online when I could but find myself 5 days behind at the moment

My brother's move to his new bungaloww got done though I wouldn't say smoothly or calmly. My brother rubs my sister up the wrong way and, although she does try to bite her tongue, she had to let rip a few times. It just goes over my head these days when he says something tactless to me, but my sister is so stressed out and won't take antidepressants, so gets upset and more importantly, angry when he treats people like this. She said I am an angel for not reacting to him. He is so very intelligent but lacks 'social skills' andjust does not seem to know that what he says hurts people. Anyway, we got there in the end, through lots of hard work all round. We got into a system when clearing Mam's house of using the chair lift. My brother and/or sister would load it up and send it down and I would unload it, then. as I was packing this into the car, the chair lift would be laken back upstairs and reloaded. It worked very well. I used the chair lift all the time at Mam's as my knees took a hammering with all the work :(

As my sister says, at least we cleared out Mam and Dad's old house while Mam is still alive, albeit in a care home. It meant we could do it without the trauma of dealing with bereavement at the same time, and it made it so much easier to do :)

Anyway, my brother is now installed in his bungalow, which is lovely, but he is surrounded by boxes, bags and piles of clothes & shoes, so it will take him quite a while to sort it out  My sister and I took loads to the tip and even more to the Sally Army, plus some clothes to a weigh-in centre where we got a total of £31 for Mam's/Johnny's old clothes :money:spilt between the two of us ;)

Mam has been OK while I was there. I took a photo of her the first week I was there, and sent it to Steve/Andy and they couldn't believe it was the same person they had seen in previous photos :D She was dressed, in her chair, and smiling, and lovely to see. I will treasure that picture. She wasn't as good the second week, with a spell of the runs, and started to go off her food a little, but we managed to get her to eat something, and she does still drink her juice and tea so getting plenty of fluid

I drove back home on Wednsday tea-time, getting back just after 8.30pm and had a quiet day yesterday, just unloading the various things I had brought back home and tidying the bedroom a little. Plus I had brought back a load of duvet covers, old sheets, curtains and blankets and I took them to the dog kennels for the rescue dogs and they were thrilled with them. Today, I got the doggies back. Their groomers picked them up from the kennels this morning and I picked them up from there this afternoon, all clean, clipped and smelling lovely. They were very excited to see me and after I took them for a walk, they settled down to sleep. Bess is in her normal place on the other chair and Molly is curled up beside me on my chair

It is nice to be back but I have loads to do to clear out the bedroom so I can have the wardrobes I bought delivered, and want to order a new bed frame too. I have so much in the bedroom that I can hardly get around the bed to the other side, and after telling Steve/Andy and my brother to clear out things they do not use, then I have to follow my own advice and get on wwith it here :o So I still have a busy time ahead ..... no rest for the wicked eh? :p

Hope everyone is OK. Logie, as ever, I am in awe of the way you are dealing with everything, especially with such a young family :A :A

I am only up to post 3561 but I hope we have heard from SpiralingDown as I have noticed the absence of her posts :(

I promise to keep up and post regularly again, especially as I will be at home for a weeks now, not gallavanting around the country :rotfl: :rotfl:

  • Just a thought - I had just started on this before my OH went into hospital, so I emailed them and told them I needed to suspend my participation. This was well over a year ago and have not heard a thing from them since, and have not contacted them because I really do not think I could keep it up. Might be worth you coming up with a similar reason and asking to suspend it?

I booked holiday for 3 weeks @ Feb but i didn't give enough notice & the packets keep coming. will stop in March as work now gets in the way. :-(
