Before I go and I really am I promise before annoying reception woman spots me on Internet and my lunch break is over...wanted to say

Sorry David, I fell asleep.

Not been too good this morning, quite a bit of pain
Why is it that yesterday morning before GP phoned to say something was wrong that I just had niggily pain and by the afternoon and today it's making me feel so sore and uncomfortable?
Also why is it that because I know I shouldn't be moving things around that I decide I just NEED to sort somewhere out?:rotfl:

Oh, and I now have a really bad craving for tikka masala . Comfort food I think is the order for today.
Will catch up sometime today, concentration not the greatest.
