True but we have to believe them and we did believe that beef burgers were beef  thats my point
Good morning another bright but cold day, can't beleive the blue sky like you see on a postcard wish I didn't need to go out for milk would love to get into the garden today:)
    .
Thats true David but the processers of the beef burgers were buying the meat from an abattior whether they new what the meat was is suspect, a game dealer is buying from the estates or game keepers so unless a pony can be disguised as a stag and fool a vet it's much much less likely, imho:)

I am on the road to self sufficiency....well Im trying:o......goat needs home, I might have a few hours less on the lawn mower. it could work? :)

It will save you more than a few hours on the lawn mower. I believe goats are like sheep in that they pull the grass out by the roots. You could throw the lawnmower away permanently :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Great to see you back posting SpiralingDown. This is one place where you can offload and no-one expects anything back, get a cuppa a draw up a chair, we're all ears (saves on the wrinkle cream anyway:D).

    Morning all!

Regarding Growth hormone in beef - I'm not up to date with current practise properly but I thought that nowhere in Europe buys US beef currently, because of the supplements their cattle take, which wouldn't be permitted here.

I haven't read back yet so apologies if this was mentioned already, but I have printed off two PPs for baked beans this morning and noticed that they say on the voucher that it is to be presented with the original receipt. The (much lower value) PP vouchers that I printed last week do not say this on them. Have Tosco changed the terms or is this requirement for the receipt due to the high value of these two PP's?

Thank you to everyone whose advice has helped me in my desperate quest to make ends meet. x

EDIT-Back on the quest, I've been away too long!

all belles - so true David. - glad you got that right :p

Morning, I would say good but it's anything but that!
Just off phone with GP, knew once he said who it was and how early it is that it's something serious :(.
My CRP level is 200, should be in single figures  so some major infection/inflamation there. He's made me an appointment at 10.50 and I must admit I'm scared poopless, trying to play it down for DSes sake but at the same time try to get him to realise it may be hospital for me. He's already told me not to think he'll be waiting in the hospital with me for hours, that he'll be calling my mum to pick him up after an hour :rotfl:

Good to see you posting SpiralingDown :A
Hope things go ok today at the appointment.:)
Smile :) and hopefully the world will smile back
