Haven't managed to look in all day. Hope everyone is well.
Just back from Ts and As and had a bit of car trouble on the way home. I took OHs car and noticed that the heating wasn't working....made a mental note to mention it when I got home. But on the way home the temp gauge went up rather rapidly and the red light came on :eek:
Luckily I was only about 2 miles from home and I'd bought a pack little bottles of water for the kids. So I poured 2 of them in and managed to get it home. It doesn't look good though, there was a trail of water behind me when I pulled on the drive
I had this a while back- coolant leak was the problem- fixed for £25.

Good advice altho it could be anything from a split hose to a cracked block due to freezing!!
agreed I would rather eat horse that the crap they put in burgers/sausages!
a sausage has to have 42% meat of this, the 55%of the "meat" content can be fat/sinew...so 21% lean "meat"
I wonder if people know this...I would eat horse over this any day!

Everything is produced for profit unless you are producing it yourself.
What is in our food, who knows and I am talking about proper joints etc.
They are all reared to grow quick piling on the weight as cheap as possible for the farmer as Mr A ,T etc drive down their margins with their contracts.
Dont get me wrong I can not afford organic meat I look at the prices and think are you for real (and is it or will we find out in a few years maybe not).
Forget exactly but free range chickens dont they only need access to an outside area and I could be wrong here but was it Hugh that showed they did not venture out as such from the barn but still free range because they could if they chose to.
Now I am not knocking free range/organic just we really have no idea what we are eating unless we grow it or rear it ourselves :eek:When The Fun Stops Stop0 -

Yes you can't throw away anything that might be useful like bits of wood etc. Have you got it painted white yet, like mine, and make DM jealous? When The Fun Stops Stop0

Reminds me I need cheap (NHS) work done on my teeth this week and expensive work on my car.:(
Is any political party offering to set up an NHS for cars? Bit of a vote winner if you ask me!There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
