Its heartbreaking stuff, isn't it. You must be exhausted.
I'm ok thanks, my mum is going in to hosp for another op on Tues, to see if the cancer has spread into other lymph nodes- they seem hopeful it hasn't, but every time they've told us it should all be ok, it hasn't been, so we'll just have to wait and see-its the waiting that seems to be the hardest though. I'm thankful to have the children at home to focus on otherwise I would go mad I think from worry....
Anyway, take care of yourself and enjoy your time with your mum as much as you can.Am thinking of you.xx

Hope all goes well for your mum, and the results are clear. But believe me a positive result may not be as bad as it first seems, my mum has lived for over 20 years knowing that the cancer would turn up elsewhere eventually, as it had spread to her lymph nodes. The first 15 of those she lived a full and active life, and even though the last 5 years she has had to learn to live with the cancer and there have been down times she has battled through for lots of good times. Thinking of you too, just take each day as it comes. xxx

Yes sounded like a misunderstanding, it's so hard to imply the tongue in cheek way some comments are intended to be when they are written rather than spoken, david didn't mean anything bad, hope he's around later, I will catch up tomorrow to see.:)

Night izzy, I know exactly what you mean. I hope he is about as think I need another of his kicks up the backside to get myself motivated. :D
