JUst heard from T CS regarding the refused coupons last month - loreal, febreze etc. She said their business support unit says valid and should have been accepted.

Already spent in another T. Unfortunately no matter how embarassed I said I was there was no gift card offered. Given me a ref no in case refused again

Less than £15 for a tin then no leak and no bucket (dependent on size of hole if someones fell through it get a quote)

really:mad::mad: forgot to renew oh landrover insurance renewal was 2 days ago it only gets used ocasionally as he has a car for light work now they want nearly £100 extra as it is a new quote :eek:
