I have this problem everytime I snap my receipt, just send a report, click on the receipt you have uploaded then actions button, click report receipt and a message will appear for you to say what's wrong. It took me nearly 30 photos yesterday to get it right, kept recognizing receipt from s@insburys when it was @sd@. Hth
