Jumbo cashews from tosco but they are a bit on the dear side.....£3.99 from tosco. Pistachio are very tasty:)

Indeedy, thats what got me onto it as got a small bowl of Pistachio's here as we speak.

And then there's pine nuts - very,very tasty in a pesto sauce with pasta. The OH is a dab hand at making it and I am a dab hand at eating it:D

Oooo, pine nuts, forgot about those teeny little morsells of flavour, mmmmm. I like walnuts in cooking, and of course almonds in paste, mmmm.
