I struggle to find any decent whoopsies, I don't know if I get there too late or too early but there's never anything decent like that going near me.

There will be good sampling- of the pancake type :j

Would be rude not to sample a couple of local delicacies though, although that's not my main reason for going

    Enjoy.

As long as the delicacies are not brown or red in colour.;)

I bought 10 this morning no problem :T:T:T but SA was lovely, worst case they put them all through individually lol but it wouldn't matter either way you still get them for 50p and they are WELL worth 50p a box...

I didn't see any boxes  I was in a metro store. Bought the ice cream in a tub. It was yummy. Just eaten a bowl full:)

Thanks everyone :D regarding "operation poo clean up", I think it's sorted, just need to see if it dries ok. I scooped up the solid bits with a plastic knife :o then used loads of hot water and fairy liquid. It's been surprisingly effective but I'm still going to do the vanish thing too. Was wondering how I can change the furniture round if needs be!! God, I did laugh when I was cleaning up her explosion - :rotfl: and so was tigercub, she probably loved being free of her nappy! Phew:rotfl:

    Oh Tyger,

    I'm having my tea.

Hi Elite. Really nice pictures above - even if from the archive, it seems like I'm there - and a very appropriate welcome to me back onto this thread. Over 100 pages already, and just about caught up, so I'll begin:

It now seems if anyone who managed to find my DTD suggestions (two nights' ago) in T yesterday or today may well have hit the jackpot! Again, however, there is some unfortunate geographic discrimination as this part excludes Northern Ireland.

Both the Comfort Fab Conds 85s and the 25 pack Persils are (noticed yesterday) on offer - any 3 for £10 - in M's. And the Felix 12s, that may have increased at T but hopefully the old multibuy SEL left in place, are 2 for £7 in M. So, if you bought the Comfort, Persil or Felixes and in an 8 item shop at T, check your receipt as may be a further (substantial in the case of the Comfort/Persil) refund due on the PP vs M!! (I'd wait a day or so to make sure the T PP has been updated with the price details.)

If you really hit the jackpot, found all the items with old SELs on, and happened to buy, for instance, 1 Comfort Blue, 1 Comfort Pure, 1 Persil 25, two different Felix 12s that the SEL said were in 2 for £7 when that had ended, plus 2 different Velvet Crunches (SEL 2 for £2, actual price £1.57 each), that would have been the 8 items needed (with the CC bag reuse)!!

The Comforts/Persils should go on now to refund yet again to the "3 for £10" price, as that's the offer in M (mix and match) - so triple the difference back!! (If you managed already to have had a DTD!!) (Or nearly triple, as T cap the PPs.) The Velvets, although they're not on offer in M's, shouldn't detract too much even if you paid 2x £1.57 in T ('expecting' 2 for £2) as M's price will either be the same or just a penny on each pack more.

Whilst I have been gone, it seems the thread needs some more of my Savvy input - I've seen items on the 'wrong' comparisons, and the thread appears to be desperately in need of some Morries price info!! Separately, I note someone bought the Listerine Reach interdental toothbrush - it seems the info. about it came from my last week's Morries post when they were 99p in M - no longer on I'm afraid - but it compares vs T at £1.00.

I'm now going to go and start deleting the items that are no longer on vs M from the post near the start of the thread. As a brief preview of what is to be added, as soon as possible, it's not often that an item's price makes me go "Wow!". Very often I see items back down, from some ridiculous £2+ price, to the usual £1 offer that they've been on so many times before and that fails to provoke any reaction other than weariness and sometimes dismay (£1 is too expensive).

However, the 2pack Bird's Eye Crispy Chickens - which are down to 87p in M - yes - eighty seven pence - seemed deliciously mouthwatering pricing, especially thinking "10% cheaper". 87p is the lowest price I've seen them at.

Although, when checked, it seems the price per g still works out more expensive than the price per g on the 42 pack Birds Eye dippers when they are at their more normal low of £3.00 - nonetheless, the 2 pack are the proper grills and not just the dipper ones.

When we bought the 12 pack dippers A vs M, we should perhaps have waited however! The 24 Bird's Eye chicken dippers are now £1.62 in M (which is not the normal offer price, across all supermarkets, of £2.00). It seems we can also start buying the 625g Sugar Puffs again in T (vs M).

I'm going to start this week's M lists. At some point I'm supposed to fit in my own shopping trip to Sains - it seems A have, at last, got some new rollback items on, otherwise I was going to have to go for Sains vs Tosco again (with the more limited selection of items). It may still turn out having to be that. I'd better get on - so much to do and so little time.
