What are the current Royal Mail rules regarding the sending of alcohol by post?

I posted a few threads ago about complaining to T about RTC items comparing when the detailed T&Cs clearly (to me and eventually T CS) excluded anything that was not a fair comparison.
I got a giftcard for twice what I had missed out on(£10). Subsequently a few others had similar success.

I now notice that the T&Cs have changed and the wording that my claim hinged around has been altered.

I've had a response from T's and they apologies for the mistake, and assure me that their technical team are doing everything they can to put it right so that it doesn't compare whoopsies again.

Gave me a £5 money card for my troubles.:):)

Good Afternoon everyone. I ve just done my first snap and save for 50p off a pack of 4 mars bars. Have to say it was easy enough to do but I have one query , you know when you send them the pic , for those on pay and go phones the cost of that would have to be taken into consideration wouldn't t it? I'm sure it costs me 25p per photo. Can anyone advise please.

Try vanish oxy action from bzzagent!

in the leaflet they send with the pack there is a troubleshooting guide for stains and baby poo is the first one.
Aha, guess what I got in the post about an hour ago :T

    Afternoon all :)

Quick question about the ChokaBlok voucher, has anyone used more than one in a single transaction via Selfscan? Hoping to buy a couple of boxes and not sure if I have to did it seperately :D

    TIA

I bought 10 this morning no problem :T:T:T but SA was lovely, worst case they put them all through individually lol but it wouldn't matter either way you still get them for 50p and they are WELL worth 50p a box...
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)
