question: how do you stop a cat from peeing on your monitor? I'm serious!
one of my cats does this on a regular basis. I had to bin a very expensive monitor a few months ago. Bought a new one and she broke it a couple of weeks ago! sent it off for repair and just got it back. I cover it when i'm not using it now, but how the hell can I get her to stop this filthy habit? LOL I heard you can buy a spray, but do these actually work? TIA
I feel your pain with this one, our cat has ruined three tv's in the kitchen through doing this. In the end we just did without a Tv in the kitchen! So can't offer any advice, sorry. Covering it did seem to help but we forgot every now and again...FTB Tracker

It may well not be, and I'm no vet so don't take my word for it, but we had a cat who did this. Turns out she had Kidney problems which were sorted with a change in diet and pills from the vets. I'm afraid if it's not medical or behavioural, the only option is to keep things out of her way, or to get rid (I'm not suggesting you do this btw!) Good luck.Im a lurker, but wanted to say hello today [...]

The problem usually isn't licenced guns but the illegally owned ones.

Years ago we had a cat which used to do this on the video recorder.
I started putting little dishes of the cat's biscuits in front and on top of it - and it worked0 -

This is what i'm worried about. I might forget to cover it again! I had a cat who always chewed the vertical blinds in the kitchen and in DD's bedroom. Thankfully, my other cat doesn't have any bad habits a far as I am aware. LOL0
