Loopie_Lou wrote: »Thank you for this HopePray, :T just returned from T, having bought 2 meal deals. Beef Wellington not with the meal deals but was on the finest shelf. It did say it was included with meal deal. I had a DTD back of £45.98.
Customer service manager was rude and didn't want to give it at first until I pointed out the sign behind her and insisted I was right. She said they had been informed by Head Office it was not working and to remove them, as they won't be able to fix glitch until tomorrow.
Bother, I knew I should have gone out to try this. Free beef or horse Wellington, that is the question....

Evening gang,
really losing it lately.....last night went to A without checking this thread and could have done with some coke so tonight just did a fifteen mile round trip to get cheese and they don't stock it...drat, double drat, off to bed.
Will try something different tomorrow.
I couldn't find the cheese either:(0 -
Hello, I'm just popping in - as usual when everyone's leaving!:rotfl::rotfl:- having been doing some 'thread maintenance' tonight. If anyone wants to try DTD tomorrow, remember those laundry/cleaning items on 3 for £10 a week or two back?
It looks like the multibuy is ending tonight, so these look esp. good:
Comfort Fabric Conditioner 85 washes (3L) - Blue or Pure
Old SEL 3 for £10. New price: £6.13 each (according to what's now on t.com):T
Even better?
Persil 25 bio/non bio. Old 3 for £10. New £7.15 each:T:T
For those with cats to feed, watch the Felix 12 packs which have been on 2 for £7 multibuy. I originally had this on my draft(!):rotfl:of this post but it looks like t.com may be changing again as we speak - some of the 12 pack multis are now showing the multibuy going on till 26/2/13. Others are showing £3.88 each. If that remains the same tomorrow morning, buy two of the ones that t.com continues to show at £3.88 if an old SEL applies to the ones really £3.88 each.
Finally, the Velvet Crunch 6 pack crisps (Thai Sweet Chilli, Salt and Vinegar, Cheese and Onion) are going from any 2 for £2.00 to £1.57 each. Buy two tomorrow if your SEL still has the multibuy. Should be charged 1.57 x2 = £3.14, compared to the SEL offer of £2 (which appears to be going), an overcharge of £1.14. Double - £2.28. £3.14-£2.28 (this is more like Savvy now!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:) = 86p for two 6-pack crisps anyone? Look for the multibuys to remain on shelf longer than they apply.
I looked for the Tommee Tippees etc., but there don't appear to be any on SSO as expiring tonight.0 -
Right, i'm going to go to bed now
Will be asleep with laptop on my knee otherwise.
Thanks all for helping to keep me sane during my week at home :A
Should really stay in tomorrow too but DS1 has appt at hospital and no one else to take him so will have to brave the bugs
Have a good night♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -
Night all xx0
