Im in the process of selling and have moved into rented accomodation due to a relocation move. When the sale ggoes through im planning on looking to buy again. Does this mean im a first time buyer or if not what am I classed as. Also completely clueless with mortgages. Im looking for a mortgage I can pay more of if I want to, and im hoping to borrow £100000. Can anyone advise on a good rate etc

I hope that my child, looking back on today
Will remember a mother who had time to play;
Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs, dust go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.

You will be classed as a housemover not a first time buyer.
You need a flexible mortgage that allows you to make overpayments.
Can't advise on this site, sorry.
