It is lovely spa, probally the best I have been to in this country. Depending on when you go there is outdoor space, with hot tubs, you are given robes on arrival, take flip flops and £1 for the locker.

Huge hyro theapy pool, if you are booking extra treatments book early as they fill up in advance. There is nice cafe with healthy food and loads of magazines newspapers etc..

I'm a member there and it's fantastic They have quite recently done the outside up and it's open between Apr and Sep. Have you won the day spa experience with floatation? I believe that includes lunch and all your soft drinks for the day. What a brilliant win. As you have a floatation, they provide your robe, so you will just need flip flops and swimwear. I always bring spare swimwear and change as I get cold sitting around in wet stuff. There is a small gym in Nirvana if you want to work out before chilling out! Bring your headphones if you want to plug into the telly screens on all the equipment in the gym. As post above says bring your £1 for the locker, they have changed some of the lockers to not need it, but I believe the day guest changing room still needs the £1. There is a pummel pool (my words) with water jets, a new sauna and steam room experience with ice and plunge pool (as well as the ones that were already there), jacuzzi, heated ceramic bed room, loads of swimming pools. I went with my mum a couple of years back and had a lovely day.

Loved the flotation and lunch. Was free drinks all day too as I remember it. Enjoy!
