Hi, as a new comper I just wondered what others think about the website prize finder?
I have used it a bit but mainly stick to using this site as the prizefinder site seems to rely a hell of a lot on spam/junk sites promising prizes i am not sure that are ever won. At least if i enter a comp from a big company i know someone has won in a structured way even if its not me!!
Has anyone won money or vouchers from anything where you have to say yes/no to survays ads etc?

All I seem to get is a hell of a lot of spam. So I would steer clear to be honest. But dunno about wins.Best Wins: £4,350 Real Deal Win :j:D 12 Months Free Lovefilm, dress from Miss Guided, A Chocolate Making Class from Aero, x4 Monsters Uni Tickets :j
Good luck everyone! And thanks for all your hard work0 -
Just stick to entering via MSE comps. No spam sites as a rule get posted plus you can use the MSE functionality to track your entries.
Randomly entering via various portals is a way to get spammed & probably dupe your entries.0 -
A lot of comps on those websites look fake to me? It might just be me but I prefer this site as the competition posts are by experienced compers. I entered a comp on prize finder to win a car and surprise surprise had a wem the day after saying I had won not a car but a games console but it was totally fake.0

The 'offers' type comps aren't fake - they are genuine - just not well liked by compers.
The problem is that it's the spam/junk comps that pay the bills for sites like TPF. And although there are a lot of spam/junk comps on there (more than i've seen before mind) they do list others. It's just a case of filtering the good from the bad.

Or just use MSE & get your comps virtually pre-filtered.:D0 -
