Wanting to kick start my weight loss and saw both of these in my local Rowlands pharmacy.
Has anyone tried the quick trim?
The quick trim is on bogof, does this mean its not selling?
Price wise the quick trim is £24.99 for 14 shakes- a weeks worth and bogof and celebrity slim is £24.99 for 14 shakes plus a free box of snack bars.
So the quick trim is cheaper at the mo. but would rather have quicker weight loss if u know what I mean.

Exercise more, and Eat REAL FOOD (but less of it!)

I agree. Shakes are simply not sustainable over the long term. You have to eat eventually and you won't have learned how to do it properly - you will just be craving everything you have deprived yourself of.Sealed Pot Challenge 2013 #1947 (open the pot on 28th November 2013!)

I can do very little exercise due to disability and its hard to cook healthy meals when u can't peel or chop veg or lift pans or trays from the oven0 -
The meal replacement schemes can be useful to kick start you into action but you have to make sure that you don't go back to your old ways when you stop using them. I don't know anything about the two you list. Try googling their names plus "reviews".
For more long term weight loss, have a look at the threads on the 5/2 or low carb ways of eating -

You can buy fresh veg ready prepared in supermarkets as others have said these shakes are short term when you start eating again you will pile it back on. Is there anyone you can ask to help you with preparing veg to batch cook meals for the freezer so you have a supply of healthy meals you can microwave as required? Both Slimming World and Weight Watchers are based on real food and you can lose weight on both plans with no major exercise routine in place, good luck with your weight loss.0
